1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 1 anime (website: 1anime.biz) and all its users. This document applies to all services, products, bonuses, and promotions offered by 1 anime.

1 anime is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

1 anime reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 1 anime, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must register using your own name and personal identification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.

If information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, 1 anime reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. Any balance remaining in the account may also be forfeited.

After registration, 1 anime may ask you to submit documents for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification & KYC Policy

1 anime takes a firm stance against underage gambling. Verifying the age of every account is both our legal and ethical responsibility.

1 anime may request documents for age and identity verification in any of the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request.
• Applicable to large deposit or withdrawal amounts.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account.
• Whenever 1 anime deems verification necessary.

Accepted identity documents include: National ID Card (NID), passport, and birth registration certificate (for proof of age 18+). If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

1 anime supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Deposits must be made from an account or number registered in your own name only.
• Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

• 1 anime reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if money laundering is suspected.

5 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Before placing bets on 1 anime, please familiarise yourself with the basic rules below. These rules apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 1 anime voids it due to a technical error.
• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match ends in a draw or is left unresolved, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
• In live betting, if a connection is lost, the bet will be settled based on its state at the time of disconnection.
• 1 anime reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

If 1 anime detects suspicious betting patterns, payouts may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed. This is done to protect honest users.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

1 anime regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applicable once. Wagering requirements apply.
• Deposit Bonus: Awarded on deposits of a specified amount. Validity period applies.
• Free Bet: Valid for specific events only. On a win, only the profit is paid out — not the original stake.
• Cashback: A portion of losses is returned within a set period.

In any bonus-related dispute, 1 anime's decision is final. Players generally have 30 days to meet bonus wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1 anime platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Exploiting bonuses or taking advantage of system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking or launching cyberattacks against 1 anime's servers or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activity.

1 anime uses advanced technology to detect fraud. Suspicious activity is automatically flagged and investigated by our security team.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

1 anime may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating these terms and conditions.
• If false information or documents are submitted.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• For conducting suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Upon the user's own request.

If an account is closed, verified funds (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

1 anime places responsible gaming at the forefront of everything we do. We firmly believe that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income.

In disputes regarding bet outcomes, 1 anime's decision is final unless there is evidence of a technical error.

11 Terms Update & Amendment Policy

1 anime reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in the following ways:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
